Mỹ Tho is a city in the Tiền Giang province in the Mekong Delta region of South Vietnam. Due to its proximity to Saigon, Mỹ Tho was the gateway to the Mekong Delta, and there are many small islands on the Mekong river, Que Dua Islet is one of them.
