The ‘New area’ of Port Louis is right next to the sea, the old warehouses and factories have been renovated to new shopping malls in order to attract more tourists.
There are not so many shops in the shopping mall, the most interesting is a ‘Handcraft Supermarket’, all products are handmade, it is an ideal place to buy souvenirs.
