Harbin (Manchu: ᡥᠠᠯᠪᡳᠨ; Chinese: 哈爾濱) is the provincial capital of Heilongjiang (黑龍江) province, China. With its often harsh winters, Harbin is heralded as the Ice City (冰城) for its well-known winter tourism and recreations.
There is a big playground on the frozen Songhua River (松花江) next to Stalin Park. At the main entrance there is an ice made slide, you need to pay if you want to play.
Some of the activities are quite expensive, it costs 40 Renminbi for riding a motor sleigh.
Although the Songhua River is frozen, you can still go sailing, but no wind.
Choumeizai is more interested in the spinning top, it is a popular activity for local people.
Spinning top is not easy, so Choumeizai only stands aside, watches those tops humming and spinning on the ice.
