Tangkoko Batuangus Nature Reserve is located in the northern part of Sulawesi island of Indonesia, the reserve covers an area of 8,700 hectares and includes three mountains, it is one of the main habitats of Spectral Tarsier and Sulawesi Bear Cuscus.

Sulawesi Bear Cuscus lives in tropical moist lowland forest at elevations up to 600 m and is diurnal, folivorous and often found in pairs. Both Spectral Tarsier and Sulawesi Bear Cuscus are threatened by hunting, collection for the pet trade and deforestation.
