The Three Natural Bridges (Chinese: 天生三橋) are a series of natural limestone bridges located in Xiannüshan (仙女山), Chongqing (重慶), China. They lie within the Wulong Karst National Geology Park, itself a part of the South China Karst-Wulong Karst UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Three Natural Bridges are at the centre of a 20 square kilometers conservation area which also includes other special landforms such as pit, cave, and canyon.
In Chinese, the three bridges are all named after dragons, namely Tianlong (Chinese: 天龍; literary 'Sky Dragon'), Qinglong (青龍橋; 'Azure Dragon') and Heilong (黑龍橋; 'Black Dragon'). The Three Natural Bridges are not the longest natural bridges, but they are the only such group of karst structures in the world.
The whole area is covered by mist, it is quite cold but beautiful, looks like a fairyland.
There are many natural caves in this area, some of them are incredibly huge, for better understanding, Choumeizai puts one human being as a scale.
Three Natural Bridges is one of the shooting location of a Chinese movie named ‘Curse of the Golden Flower’ (滿城盡帶黃金甲), and a movie set has been left until now, Choumeizai think that it is an eyesore, how about you?
