High Island (Chinese: 糧船灣) is a former island in the southeast of Sai Kung Peninsula, Hong Kong. The island is now connected to the peninsula and renowned for its natural beauty, Thousands Rock Columns (萬柱海岸) is one of the famous scenic spots on High Island.

From the East Dam of High Island Reservoir (萬宜水庫), it takes around 1.5 hours to walk to Thousands Rock Columns, not too far but the path is quite rugged, just be careful.
