There are many scenic spots in Jeju(Korean: 제주) of Korea, Hallasan(Korean: 한라산) is amongst the biggest, Choumeozai has spent a whole day to climb to the top, see how it feels being on the top of the highest mountain in Korea.
Seongpanak(Korean: 성판악) is not so steep on the whole, most of the road are paved with wooden planks which is easy to walk, it is the most popular route of climbing Hallasan.
On the way there are several natural springs, the spring water is sweet and refreshing, the climbers can get water supply here.
The biggest lounge of Seongpanak lies next to the field of Azalea, many climbers choose here to have their lunch.
There is a little shop inside the lounge, the prices of the goods are reasonable, a cup noodle including hot water cost 1500 Korean Won only.
Be careful, including the lounge, the whole area of Hallasan doesn't have any rubbish bin, you need to bring all the garbage down except the food waste.
Hallasan is only open during the daytime, climbing is prohibited at night, so there is a notice board outside the lounge, written 'After 1300, you are not allowed to climb from here'.
