Taihang Mountains (Chinese: 太行山) extend over 400 kilometres from north to south in Eastern China and has an average elevation of 1,500 to 2,000 metres. The sceneries of Taihang Mountains is beautiful, Taihangshan Gorge (太行山大峡谷) in Linzhou (林州) of Henan (河南) is one of the popular tourist attractions.
Taihangshan Gorge has been honoured as one of the top ten gorges of China, it is a part of Taihang Mountains, Choumeizai has visited one of its scenic areas: Feilong Gorge (飛龍峽).
Qintai (琴台) is one of the scenic spots in Feilong Gorge, it was said an ancient sage had played guqin (a string instrument) here 3,000 years ago.
Feilong Gorge barely has any tourists, so its natural beauty is well preserved.
Huanglongtan (黃龍潭) has several tiers, its water is green as jade, clear and charming.

Not far from Huanglongtan is the most narrow part of Feilong Gorge, it is the ‘Dragon’s head’ of the gorge, the end of Feilong Gorge.
