Fez or Fes (Berber: ⴼⴰⵙ, romanized: Fas) is a city in northern inland Morocco, it is the second largest city in Morocco after Casablanca. Climbing up to the ancient wall relics in the early morning, overlooking the sunlight of Medina of Fez, is one of the programmes you mustn’t miss.
The hotel where Choumeizai lives is quite close to the ancient wall relics, you can see most of the Medina of Fez from the top of the wall relics.
Medina of Fez means the old quarter of Fez, it is listed as a World Heritage Site and is believed to be one of the world's largest urban pedestrian zones (car-free areas).
This slope faces East, and the field of view is excellent, so it is scattered with many tombs.
The walls might look solid and impregnable, they could not defeat time. The scenery is beautiful, but you can feel a bit of sorrow.
