Mullick Ghat is located in Kolkata of India, it is just next to Mullick Ghat Flower Market, but only very few tourists will go there, it is like another planet when compared to the colorful flower market.
It is the riverside of Hooghly River after you get through the flower market, Hooghly River is an approximately 260-kilometre-long distributary of the Ganges River in West Bengal, India, after the river reaches Kolkata, it then flows into the Bay of Bengal. The river is misty in the morning, but you can still see Howrah Bridge in obscurity.
The stone stairway by the riverside is Mullick Ghat, around which many ragged people gather, the whole area is surrounded by shabby tents, this is a slum.
Choumeizai gets close to the stairway and looks...Oh no! There are loads of plastic garbage and food waste floating on Hooghly River, the water is as turbid as ink, very very dirty, it is surprising that many people still wash their faces and clean their mouths next to the river, help!
The air is stinky, which is totally upside down to the beautiful world a few meters away, the distance between heaven and hell is really short.
