Cheung Chau (Chinese: 長洲) is an island 10 kilometers southwest of Hong Kong Island. There are many tourist attractions in Cheung Chau. Choimeizai will introduce Mini Great Wall and Loaf Rock in the eastern part of the South Island of Cheung Chau.
Mini Great Wall (小長城) is in fact a hiking trail made of stones. Don't think it is a historic site.
This hiking trail itself is nothing special, but the scenery along the way is beautiful, and you can see the coastline of the South Island of Cheung Chau.
Starting from Kwun Yam Wan (觀音灣) and walking along Mini Great Wall for about half an hour, you will reach the Kwun Yam Wan Lookout.
Kwun Yam Wan Lookout is located in a remote location, and there are no tourists. You can see the famous Loaf Rock (饅頭石) from the lookout.
Compared with Loaf Rock, Choumeizai prefers the scenery of the coastline here.
From Mini Great Wall to Kwun Yam Wan Lookout, you have to walk long steps, make sure you have enough strength.
