Shek Lei Pui Reservoir (Chinese: 石梨貝水塘) is a reservoir in Kam Shan Country Park (金山郊野公園), Hong Kong. It is part of the Kowloon Group of Reservoirs. The total water storage capacity is 116 million gallons.
Formerly the site of Shek Lei Pui Village, the construction works of Shek Lei Pui Reservoir began in 1923 and completed in 1925.
Shek Lei Pui Reservoir has a walking trail around the reservoir. The environment is quiet and the air is fresh, which is suitable for families.
The Kowloon Group of Reservoirs (九龍水塘群) includes Kowloon Reservoir (九龍水塘), Kowloon Byewash Reservoir (九龍副水塘), Kowloon Reception Reservoir (九龍接收水塘), Shek Lei Pui Reservoir (石梨貝水塘).
Kam Shan Country Park covers an area of 3.37 square kilometers. Inside the park, there are jogging trails, barbecue and picnic areas.
The two dams and the valve house at the center of the dam of Shek Lei Pui Reservoir are listed as Grade II historic buildings.
During winter, the water level goes down, many sandbars appear beside the reservoir, attracting many people to take pictures by the water.
