Every time when Choumezai goes to Mongkok, he will come here to eat dim sums, their dim sums are always good in quality and never disappointing Choumeizai.
The food in this restaurant is quite traditional, the menu has nothing special and most of the foods are ordinary dim sums such as Shrimp dumplings (蝦餃) and Siu Mai (燒賣), but all dim sums are so refined and delicious.
Choumeizai has tried most of the dim sums on the menu, all are above average, unlike some of the famous dim sum restaurants, nothing else besides one or two signature dishes.
Dried squid in curry sauce (咖喱土魷) is one of Choumeizai’s favorite, the curry sauce is not so pungent but tasty and good smelling, which is a perfect match with the crunchy dried squids.
Choumeizai has eaten countless Chicken Wraps(雞扎) and authoritatively asserts that the Chicken Wraps is the most massive, chicken thighs, hams and mushrooms are bigger than normal. The fish maw is amongst the most impressive, it is not just super big, but also super springy and juicy.
Bean curd roll (腐皮卷) is a normal dim sum, but the best is here, the proportion of pork to prawn is perfect, you can enjoy the savor of both pork and prawn.
This restaurant has only one shop and no other branch, just go to Mongkok if you want to eat.
