Huangshan (Chinese: 黄山, literally meaning the Yellow Mountain) is a mountain range in southern Anhui (安徽) Province in eastern China. West Sea Canyon (西海大峽谷) is a newly developed tourist attraction, also dubbed Baiyun Valley (白雲谷).
Some of the stairs are very long but without any resting area, be careful when you go down.
West Sea Canyon has long been ‘the lost world’ of Huangshan, it is known by the outside world after 1983 and then becomes a tourist attraction.
Beautiful sceneries are everywhere, the mist sprawling between the granite peaks makes the canyon look like an untouchable fairyland.
There is a stone bridge named Buxian Bridge (步仙橋; literally meaning fairy stepping bridge) built between two huge stone pillar, under the bridge is a bottom valley.
During the sunset time, the rocks are all painted in orange, look incredibly romantic and beautiful.
