Double Dragon Bridge spans on the joint of the Nanpan River and the Tachong River, which zigzag like two dragons, as the name implies.
Double Dragon Bridge is a large stone bridge with two towers and 17 archways, so it is also called Seventeen Archway Bridge.
The bridge is admission free, but perhaps the location is quite desolate, there are not so many tourists.
The bridge was constructed with only 3 arches in the 18th century during the Qing Dynasty, then another 14 arches were added in the early 19th century.
There used to be three unconventional-sculpted traditional Chinese pavilions on the bridge, now only two left.
