Cheung Chau (Chinese: 長洲) is an island 10 kilometers southwest of Hong Kong Island. There are many delicacies in Cheung Chau, and Choimeizai will introduce the fish balls and special drinks on the island.
There are many shops selling fish balls on Cheung Chau, but this one is the most famous, so there are always a long queue outsidr the shop, but the staff are very efficient, and you can buy the fish balls in less than 5 minutes.
Cheung Chau giant fish ball is famous, but Choumeizai prefers their white fish balls and cuttlefish balls. The shop usually closes at 5 pm. and sometimes even closes before 4 pm.
