Around the Democracy Monument is the old area of Bangkok, not so many tourists but quite a few charming little restaurants, Choumeizai has eaten some delicious toast here.
Bread is the signature food of the restaurant , since they have their own bakery, they can control the quality of the bread, every loaf tastes the same delicious.
From the photos and the texts on the wall, you will learn that this bakery is quite old, it has already been the third generation.
Since Choumeizai has eaten too much at lunch, he won’t order a lot and only has two pieces of toast, one green and one yellow, very colorful.
The green one is refreshing Pandan, yellow one is egg yolk paste which is very eggy, the toast is crispy outside but soft inside, you don’t expect you can have such a quality toast in Thailand.
Part of the restaurant is a bakery, which sells their own freshly homemade bread. If you cannot get enough, you can buy some back and enjoy at your hotel.
