Choumeizai is stunned once he goes in, how amazing it is! In a strange way no one knows such a beautiful place.
The walls are full of clay sculptures, but the layout is clear, it has themes and stories, and the scriptures are lively and delicate, while Choumeizai is watching, he finds himself becoming one of the characters in the stories.
The scriptures seen before are made in the 15th century, but the sculptures in the back part of the hall are even older, which are made in the 10th century and still preserved well, and look rustic.
According to the local guide, during the Cultural Revolution, Shuilu Temple was used to store the confidential documents of the Chinese army, so the Red Guards didn't dare to touch it and the treasures inside were spared from destruction.
