There are a lot of night markets in Bangkok, 'Ratchada Rot Fai Night Market' is the one not so well known by tourists, but Choumeizai thinks that this night market is the most local and interesting amongst the others.
It is easy to go to Ratchada Rot Fai Night Market, you just take MRT Blue Line, get down at Thailand Cultural Centre Station, then walk around 5minutes to get there.
The entrance has a decorative locomotive, 'Rot Fai' in Thai means train, it is because such a night market was located around the railway, then moved to the current location, although it has no relation with railway at present, the market still uses 'train' as an attraction.
The street food area is closed to the entrance, there are countless food stalls here, which makes Choumeizai water.
Two dishes of seafood with two fresh fruit shakes only cost 400 Thai Baht, which is incredibly cheap.
In the market are only small shops, amongst these there are many shops which sell handicrafts, all products are unique, and the prices are much cheaper than the products in other night markets.
There are a lot of cars inside the night market, those cars can be seen as the cargo wagons of the hawkers, so although there is no train here, there are many cars, quite interesting.
The other side of the night market is the bar area, it is bustling with foreigners even on weekdays.
The opening time of the night market is from 5pm to 1am, don't go there too early.
