Mount Siguniang (Chinese: 四姑娘山) is located in Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture (阿壩藏族羌族自治州), Sichuan (四川) Province, China. Shuangqiao Valley (雙橋溝) is part of Mount Siguniang, Choumeizai will talk about Siguniang Cuo (四姑娘措) here.
‘Cuo’ in Tibetan means lake. Siguniang Cuo is calm and flat as a mirror, Choumeizai can see two snowy mountains, the scenery is breathtaking.
There are some sea-buckthorn trees standing in the middle of the lake with different gestures, looks like a dance troupe performing on a stage.
There are many tourists on the lakeside, but they are all fascinated with the beauty here and remain silent, the air is still clean and peaceful.
Tourists can go around Siguniang Cuo by the walkway on the lakeside, and enjoy the beauty of Siguniang Cuo from different angles.
Mount Siguniang is renowned for its beauty. Mount Siguniang National Park was identified as a UNESCO Heritage Site as part of Sichuan Giant Panda Sanctuaries in 2006.
There are several food stalls next to the bus stop, selling barbecue yak and mushroom, the foods are cheap but very delicious, Choumeizai highly recommends.
Among all scenic areas in Mount Siguniang, Shuangqiao Valley has the most mature facilities inside, but some spots are overdeveloped, which have destroyed the natural environment.
