Besides money, you really need some patience if you want to eat in this restaurant. This Bangkok restaurant has already been famous even before the laureate of Michelin one star, since they won’t accept any reservation, you need to line up there on your own.
During the wait, you can visit the ‘kitchen’, but such a kitchen is actually the back alley outside the restaurant. The woman who wears motorcycle goggles is the chef and owner of the restaurant, Fai. All dishes are cooked by herself, that’s why we need to wait.
It is said that Fai doesn’t feel anything after she won the Michelin, she just wanna cook something delicious quietly, a typical artist.
Crab omelet is her signature dish, looks like a big missile, crispy egg skin stuffed with juicy crest meat, very delicious.
There is a huge load of crab meat inside the omelette, Choumeizai wonders: How many crabs does she use in one omelet?
Prawn Tom Yum has several giant prawn inside, while the crab meat also enhances the taste of the soup, but it is a bit pungent for Choumeizai.
The noodle of the fried seafood noodles is not normal, it is flat rice noodle, the noodle absorbs the essence of the prawn and becomes very tasty.
Although it is just a food stall styled restaurant, the food is not cheap, three dishes cost around 2,800 Thai Baht, but the quality of food is good, it is still worth the price.
