It is about 504 kilometers long and 6009 meters deep. It is known as the deepest and largest canyon in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-13-21-48.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-13-39-45.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There is only one restaurant in the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon Scenic Area, which serves Chinese buffet only. There are not many food choices but the taste is good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-13-45-37-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-13-47-49.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is close to the Sino-Indian border, so tourists are strictly restricted.  During the whole journey, tourists must take the same tourist bus and cannot leave the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-14-31-04.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-14-33-12.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Although Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is a restricted area, there are still many Tibetans living here.  The tourist bus has a fixed route, and there are several parking spots on the way for tourists to get off and take pictures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-15-06-46.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-14-35-47.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the scenic spots is a thousand-year-old peach tree that is very worshiped by the locals. Unfortunately, when Choumeizai visited, all the peach blossoms fell, leaving only bare branches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-14-40-31.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-14-41-08.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a so-called \"Love Square\" opposite the thousand-year-old peach tree, which ruins the already beautiful natural environment around it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-14-46-19.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/tibet_2018\/20180519-14-51-03.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Near the thousand-year-old peach tree is another peach blossom tree.
