HouFeng Bikeway was originally a railway. After the railway was abolished in 1997, it was converted into a bicycle path and opened in 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-36-12.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-39-25.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several bicycle rental shops at the starting point of Houfeng HouFeng Bikeway, which is very convenient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-30-01.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-41-24.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>HouFeng Bikeway has a total length of 5.8 kilometers, connecting Houli Station (\u540e\u91cc\u8eca\u7ad9) to Fengyuan Station (\u8c50\u539f\u8eca\u7ad9). Flowers blossom along the way, very beautiful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-40-06.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-44-19.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>HouFeng Bikeway was converted from an old  railway, so the terrain is flat, and there are many small shops that can provide supplies along the way, which is suitable for families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-42-15.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-46-24.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dajia River Steel Bridge (\u5927\u7532\u6eaa\u9435\u6a4b), also known as Hualiang Steel Bridge (\u82b1\u6a11\u92fc\u6a4b), is the boundary between Houli (\u540e\u91cc) and Fengyuan (\u8c50\u539f) districts, with a total length of 382 meters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"433\" height=\"650\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-52-56.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-53-58.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dajia River Steel Bridge was built in 1908 and spans the middle reaches of the Dajia River. It has been more than 100 years since its completion, but it is still very stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-54-18.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/taiwan_2014\/2014-03-30-09-58-23.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dajia River Steel Bridge is one of the few remaining steel truss bridges in Taiwan.
