The spring is ranked as the second most significant among the 72 named springs in Jinan, after Baotu Spring (\u8db5\u7a81\u6cc9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shandong_2018\/20181223-11-51-32.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shandong_2018\/20181223-11-48-53.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to folklore, there was a black rock lying in front of the cave in ancient times.The name of Black Tiger Spring is said to be derived from the shape and color of the rock, which resembled a black tiger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shandong_2018\/20181223-11-52-48.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shandong_2018\/20181223-12-01-44.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The water of the spring stems from moderately-deep circulation and emerges from a water-filled limestone cave in a steep cliff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shandong_2018\/20181223-11-52-06.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" water is funneled to flow out of the mouths of three ornamental stone-carved tiger heads into a square-shaped spring pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
