It was rated as the most beautiful village in China by Chinese National Geographic Magazine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-11-22-10.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-48-26.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Danba Jiaju Tibetan Village is the most concentrated place for Jiarong Tibetans with hundreds of Tibetan-style houses built along the mountain's fertile fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-43-34.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-49-17.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are over 180 Tibetan villages in Danba County, while Jiaju Tibetan Village is the best example and most concentrated place to present Jiarong Tibetan culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-11-06-25.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-46-16.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several  observation decks in the scenic area. From the observation decks, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the whole Jiaju Tibetan Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-44-11.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-48-03.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are trails connecting the observation decks, and many hawkers gather around each observation deck, selling local products to tourists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-54-50.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-45-07.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jiarong people (Tibetan: \u0f62\u0f92\u0fb1\u0f63\u0f0b\u0f62\u0f7c\u0f44, Chinese:\u5609\u7ed2) are Tibetan who live in Danba County and the southern part of Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture (\u963f\u58e9\u85cf\u65cf\u7f8c\u65cf\u81ea\u6cbb\u5dde) of Sichuan, China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-11-07-51.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-11-08-14.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Danba is called \u2018A Place with Hundreds of Ancient Watchtowers\u2019 with over 3000 towers at present. The towers are made of stone. Some of them were used to pass signals, and some for family protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-10-38-52.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sichuan_2016\/20161025-11-23-03.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The buildings in Jiaju Tibetan Village are built by traditional methods and look very exotic and beautiful.
