The Buddha is made of bronze and gilded in gold, for celebrating the 60th anniversary of fourth king Jigme Singye Wangchuck (\u0f60\u0f47\u0f72\u0f42\u0f66\u0f0b\u0f58\u0f7a\u0f51\u0f0b\u0f66\u0f7a\u0f44\u0f0b\u0f42\u0f7a\u0f0b\u0f51\u0f56\u0f44\u0f0b\u0f55\u0fb1\u0f74\u0f42).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/bhutan_2018\/20180923-12-44-08.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/bhutan_2018\/20180923-12-48-18.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The statue is 52 meters tall, which is one of the biggest Buddha statues in the world.
