The reserve comprises an area of approximately 468 square kilometers, Choumeizai has seen some interesting animals during night safari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130514-1823.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130514-2034.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lesser mouse-deer (Tragulus kanchil), also known as lesser Malay chevrotain, is a species of mouse-deer found widely across Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-1934.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-2050.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lesser mouse-deer is the smallest known hoofed mammal, its mature size being as little as 45 centimeters and 2 kilograms, it is threatened by predation by feral dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-2050-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-2049.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kingfisher is a small to medium-sized, brightly colored bird in the order Coraciiformes. It has large heads, long, sharp, pointed bills, short legs, and stubby tails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-2057-3.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-2100-3.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat is a nocturnal animal, so it is normal to find it at night. This is a sleeping baby bat, Choumeizai doesn\u2019t want to disturb it so he takes the photos quietly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-2102-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-2103-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The insects in Borneo are extremely large, Choumeizai has seen a cricket which is as big as the size of an adult palm, it is singing happily under the pale moonlight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2013\/20130515-2117-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2WhwJg6YL2E\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Flying squirrel (Pteromyini or Petauristini) is a kind of squirrel.
