Choumeizai has seen a lot of relics of Great Wall in Hexi Corridor (\u6cb3\u897f\u8d70\u5eca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-16-18-58.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-16-53-44.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Great Wall of China is deemed to be the biggest known man made structure in human civilization, it has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-17-02-58.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-17-02-42.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On the way from Zhangye (\u5f35\u6396) to Wuwei (\u6b66\u5a01), there is a small and shabby \u2018museum\u2019, perhaps due to the poor numbers of visitors, it has long closed and become part of the relics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"433\" height=\"650\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-17-03-13.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-17-05-30.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hexi Corridor is a narrow stretch of traversable and relatively arable plain in Gansu (\u7518\u8085) Province, flanked between the elevated terrains of the Mongolian and Tibetan Plateaus, forming part of the Northern Silk Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-17-11-01.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-17-11-57.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Built by the Ming (\u660e) dynasty (1368\u20131644), Ming Great Wall (Chinese: \u660e\u9577\u57ce) forms the most visible parts of the Great Wall of China today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-06-17-07-25.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/l6pHm9clLa4\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>A comprehensive archaeological survey has concluded that the Ming walls are around 8,850 kilometers.
