When the wind blows, the sands give out a singing or drumming sound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-03-16-49-01.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-03-16-58-58.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The best way to travel Singing Sand Dunes is riding a camel, since it is too hot and quite difficult to walk in the desert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-03-16-55-12.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-03-16-56-26.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Singing Sand Dunes are part of the Kumtag Desert (\u5eab\u59c6\u5854\u683c\u6c99\u6f20), which are around 40 kilometers long and 20 kilometers wide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-03-17-10-48.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-03-17-31-17.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides camel riding, there are also some other activities, but they are not cheap, you would be better just enjoy the panoramic view of the desert and Dunhuang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-03-17-40-34.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/gansu_14\/2014-06-03-18-05-03.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Singing Sand Dunes were originally known as the \u2018Gods' Sand Dunes\u2019 (\u795e\u6c99\u5c71).
