The scenic area of Kongtong Mountains can be divided into two parts: the Taoist area and the Buddhist area, while the Taoist area is more beautiful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-0956.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-0956-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Taoist area has a stairway named Tianti (\u5929\u68af; literally meaning sky stairway), the stairway can be divided into three parts, the first part is 45 degrees incline, which is the easiest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-1007-6.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"433\" height=\"650\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-1024-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kongtong Mountains is believed to be the mythical meeting site between Huangdi (\u9ec3\u5e1d) the first emperor of China and Guangchengzi (\u5ee3\u6210\u5b50) the immortal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-1029-3.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-1012-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The second part of the stairway is 60 degree incline, don\u2019t look back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-1035-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-1033-2.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The third part of the stairway is 75 degree incline, fortunately it is the shortest, only a few steps away from the destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"433\" height=\"650\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-1038-4.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/ningxia_2013\/20130411-1040.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kongtong Mountains is one of the sacred mountains of Taoism.
