Chenlu is famous for its kilns and ceramics, the Yaozhou Kiln (\u8000\u5dde\u7aaf) in Chenlu has its fires blazing for more than 1,400 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shaanxi_2011\/20110422-2346.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shaanxi_2011\/20110422-2301.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Chenlu, has been designated as an \u2018ancient town\u2019, big and small kilns dot everywhere, pots make its village walls, while ceramic pieces make the roads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"433\" height=\"650\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shaanxi_2011\/20110422-2312.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shaanxi_2011\/20110422-2294.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tongchuan has long been the manufacturing center of pottery and ceramic, beside Chenlu, there are also some pottery towns scattered around this area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"433\" height=\"650\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shaanxi_2011\/20110422-2300.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shaanxi_2011\/20110422-2296.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pottery in Chenlu\u2028 is the last remaining pottery village of what was once the most important production area in northwest China. The earliest evidence of ceramic production in Chen Lu comes from the Northern Zhou (\u5317\u5468) dynasty (557-581).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shaanxi_2011\/20110422-2306.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/shaanxi_2011\/20110422-2307.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaozhou Ware is a type of celadon or greenware in Chinese pottery, which was at its height during the Northern Song (\u5317\u5b8b) dynasty (960-1127).
