The rainforest around Kuranda has been home to the Djabugay people, a group of Australian Aboriginal people, for over 10,000 years, tourists can view their traditional music show in Kuranda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-11-57-48.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-11-59-24.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the dance starts, two Djabugay people are playing traditional music by didgeridoo, a Djabugay music instrument, it sounds unexpectedly beautiful, bold and wild.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-06-51.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-07-54.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The show is divided into several sections, while each section has its own theme, for example, Mosquito dance is the imitation of dispersing mosquitoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-14-04.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-15-13.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Perhaps Djabugay people have been living in the rainforest for a long time now, the subject matter of their dance is always animals such as snakes, turkey and kangaroos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-17-35.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-18-47.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In the last section of the show, the dancers will invite the audiences to join, both kids and adults are very happy, a perfect ending of the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-22-48.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-23-26.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After the show, tourists can also try throwing boomerang and spear on the playground, but Choumeizai cannot throw well, he would surely die of starvation if he was a Djabugay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-49-08.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/australia_2015\/20150928-10-48-02.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tourists can also try blowing didgeridoo, it was developed by Aboriginal peoples of northern Australia at least 1,500 years ago.
