{"id":1951,"date":"2020-07-24T19:33:22","date_gmt":"2020-07-24T11:33:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/info.thetravel.me\/?p=1951"},"modified":"2020-07-24T19:47:32","modified_gmt":"2020-07-24T11:47:32","slug":"island-of-sabah-mamutik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/info.thetravel.me\/en\/island-of-sabah-mamutik\/","title":{"rendered":"Island of Sabah: Mamutik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park (Malay: Taman Negara Tunku Abdul Rahman) is the first marine national park in Malaysia, it comprises a group of 5 islands including Mamutik located offshore Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, and is a popular tourist attraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-091645.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-104038.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mamutik is the smallest island of the Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park, despite being the smallest, the island offers some good beaches and coral reefs which attracts many tourists, so the facilities on the island are quite complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-093128.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Many hawkers are selling various activities on the island, but all are quite expensive, Choumeizai hasn\u2019t played any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"488\" height=\"650\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-091649.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-115117.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mamutik is one of the popular spots for snorkeling in Kota Kinabalu, the water is crystal clear with countless fishes. Perhaps the fishes are so used to human beings, they are not scared and swim around Choumeizai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-094638.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-100230.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the snorkeling area is not big, good for kids, but not enough for adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-100543.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/sabah_2010\/101018-100807.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a hiking trail around the island, not difficult to hike, an ideal place to enjoy the beauty of nature.
