Echo Valley is a cemetery, all gravestones scattered along the hillside, look very messy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/philippines_2011\/20110308-1062.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/philippines_2011\/20110308-1096.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the hanging coffins can date back to few hundreds years ago, the coffins are smaller than expected, the bones of the dead had been broken while fitting in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/philippines_2011\/20110308-1083.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/philippines_2011\/20110308-1085.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Igorot people believe that if the coffins are hanging on the cliffs, the souls of the dead can rest in peace, the soul of the descendants can also be blessed, while the living descendants can guard their ancestors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/philippines_2011\/20110308-1079.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetravel.me\/images-webp\/philippines_2011\/20110308-1075.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the hanging coffins have the bloodstains underneath which makes them look creepy.
